Sabrina’s journey into the world of cake design began within a grocery store bakery where she worked with professional bakers to create sweet masterpieces. With no previous cake decorating experience, she observed and experimented with a variety of cakes. She developed an instant love and passion for creating beautiful sweet treats.

After working at the bakery for several years, the bakery closed. Sabrina continued her passion for baking through creating cakes and desserts for family events. In 2000 Sabrina expanded to sharing her creative designs with others and iCake Bakery was born.

Located in Brampton, Ontario, iCake Bakery is a company that specializes in creating spectacular cakes and other sweet treats for all your special occasions.  She has been featured in several wedding magazines and has worked with many vendors within the community. She looks forward to creating works of art for your upcoming events.
